3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed as agreed at checkout or through our WhatsApp/Jiji ordering process before dispatch, unless otherwise arranged.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Lagos Island and Mainland, with delivery timeframes and fees communicated at the point of order. Delivery outside Lagos may be arranged case by case. Risk of loss passes to you once an item is delivered to the address provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for return.

6. Product Descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately, including age suitability for toys and games. Colours or minor details may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing batches or screen display differences.
